You may return any item shipped by Andes Alternative Health Products for a full credit or refund of the item value, but not including shipping charges, keeping the following in mind:
- Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- You should return the item to us within 10 days of receipt.
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. In other cases, a return postage fee will apply. If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee will apply. A restocking fee of 20%, will be deducted from the refund amount, for all returns. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 business days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

"E" - Ordered the wrong item
”M" - Received an item that was not ordered
"S" - Did not like item or changed mind
"Q" - Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts.
"T" - Item did not arrive in time
"O" - Other (please describe)
A Customer Care Specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).
90 Day Money Back Guarantee
Andes Health now offers a 90 day, empty bottle, money back, satisfaction guarantee. Buy with confidence, knowing that if you are not satisfied with the product/s you can get a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping costs). If after 90 days use, you are not happy with a particular product, you can return the empty bottles (and any full ones that you may also have) for a refund.
Conditions:
- To qualify for the guarantee a minimum of 90 days supply (three bottles or more) of the same product must be purchased in one transaction.
- The supplement/s must be taken as directed on the bottle for a minimum of 90 days.
- If making a claim against the guarantee, you must contact our service department before doing anything else, for further instructions.
- You may be asked to return the empty and/or full bottles to our warehouse at your expense before a refund is issued.
- You may be asked to fill out a short questionaire about your experience of using the product.
- Once the above conditions have been met, it may take up to 14 days to process your refund.
